How to move through it

New to iBD? Start with the Introduction. Seven short lessons that ground you in the framework before you open a single module.

The three phases run in order. You can’t elevate a leadership team before you have built a valuable business, and you can’t build the right business before you know what you are building toward. Plan, then Build, then Elevate.

Phase 1. Plan for the Future

Phase 3. Elevate from Operator to Owner

Module 7. Leadership Team. Build a team that thinks like owners and runs the business day to day.

Module 8. Executive Compensation. Align what your leaders earn with the value they create.
